I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious layout and cozy beds. The location was convenient, with nearby malls and a park. The staff at City Garden Suites were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of food options.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short distance away from the US Embassy, Robinson mall and many nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and offering great service throughout our stay. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and the balcony provided a nice touch. Breakfast was included and well-served, with many delicious options to choose from.

I enjoyed my New Year stay at this hotel. the key location made it easy to explore nearby shops and malls, and the staff were nice and approachable. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided amenities like wifi, a mini fridge, hair dryer, and safety box. This made my stay more convenient and comfortable.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the housekeeping service was poor.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ermita and had a great experience. the breakfast buffet at the hotel was fantastic, the best out of the three hotels we've been to in the area. the staff was extremely polite and attentive, especially the porter who helped us with our luggage even though we arrived very late due to a flight delay. They even provided us with a free room upgrade when we found that our reserved room smelled of smoking. the hotel was clean and the staff efficient and friendly. it was a terrific deal for the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is really convenient, as it is near everything in a very central area. Plus, it is near to the US embassy and can be an ideal choice for those visiting the Manila area in the future. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are nice, with dispensers for shampoo and soap. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly as well.

The hotel lacks a good range of television channels and the options can be quite limited.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near a variety of amenities such as a convenience store, bar, and mall. The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff at the reception area were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the towels and bed sheets.

Although the hotel had some minor issues, such as grubby areas and rooms not living up to their pictures, these drawbacks did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I did encounter some inconveniences, such as a lack of face towels in the room and a cracked sink, but these were promptly addressed by the helpful staff.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was great! the staff was friendly, and a warm welcome was waiting for us. Two complementary facts made our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was excellent, and we loved the milkshakes. the best aspects were the easy access to a lot of stores and restaurants, making our stay more pleasant.

Sadly, our New Year's Eve dining experience wasn't what we expected. They closed everything, including the bar, at 11 pm.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Manila. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Robinson Mall and a supermarket. The staff were incredible, always happy and ready to assist. Although we can't remember all their names, Lhen, Kervin, Kevin, and Tom stood out as the best. They made a lasting impression on us and the hotel should be proud of them. The room in the old wing had a charming, high-quality feel to it. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide range of options. the hotel exceeded our expectations and deserves a higher ranking than its current 3 stars.

the highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, which I found to be the best out of the three hotels I've stayed at in Ermita. the variety of options catered to both Filipino and Western tastes, and the staff was polite and attentive. I appreciated the fact that I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was a nice surprise. the staff throughout my stay were friendly, helpful, and professional. the cleanliness of the room and the property was impeccable. Despite some initial hiccups, the staff resolved the issues promptly and upgraded me to a better room without charging me for the upgrade.
