the spa facilities were absolutely NOT impressive, with the steam and sauna out of order when I had my appointment. one expects a little lavishness, not catching a cold from a drafty room. I just couldn’t give a good review, honestly.

The menu change at the Armadillo restaurant was a letdown!!! The walkways around the pool are excessively slick, leading to numerous falls!!! More umbrellas at the upper pool would definitely enhance comfort!!!

It was just a solid selection for a weekend jaunt in Negril with very good value for money. The grilled jerk chicken at the pool was absolutely delicious and a highlight of the stay. Bring extra sunscreen as the sun can be relentless.

The butler made it unforgettable

Our stay was enhanced by an amazing butler named Michelle, who seemed to know our needs before we did. The beach parties were a blast, and there was always fun entertainment around.

Some maintenance issues were noticeable, like slippery walkways and the sauna not working during my spa appointment. A few more umbrellas by the pools would have been welcome, too.

the staff was super friendly, especially those butlers who just knew what we needed before we did. the pool area was really chill, and we loved hanging out there all day. food was yum, especially what chef clive whipped up at the pool – grilled jerk chicken all day! it's def a place for relaxation but also had some fun activities we joined like yoga and fitness classes. sunsets were breathtaking from our terrace, totally worth it.

The Sunset Ocean View Suite was amazing! It had a private bathroom, seating area, and tons of freebies like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The spa was awesome too—with massages, facials, and a sauna to relax in. The outdoor swimming pool was nice and the whole place had a perfect vibe for chilling out.

Had the best time with friends! We loved the scenic ride through the mountains of Westmoreland to Black River and enjoyed the lively entertainment every night. Make sure to check out the delicious grilled jerk chicken at the pool—such a highlight of our stay!

Only downside was the dinner buffet restaurant's dress code. I was turned away for wearing a tank top. Just felt a bit off given the relaxed vibe of the place.

Amazing vibe in Negril! 🌴🍹

Had the best service from our butler Michelle, she was always around to help—like my personal chommie! The vibe at the pool was unreal, especially with Simone keeping the energy up with activities! Dazzle Night was such a jol, great food and fun entertainment for everyone.
