The swim-out suite with ocean view was splendid. Stayed in the Royalton Chairman Building and the personal butler provided excellent service. Delicious food, strong alcohol, relaxing spa, and exceptional service from warm and kind staff.

The food exceeded expectations, both at the buffet and sit-down restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcomed. The view from our penthouse room was amazing. The entire resort was clean and well-maintained.

This resort is a little gem just steps away from the beautiful beach. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea from the balcony. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Jamaica for a few days. The staff greeted me with a warm "welcome home" which made me feel instantly comfortable. The food was flavorful, a pleasant surprise for a hotel. The reggae night entertainment was fantastic and the hotel team did a great job. The swim out rooms were spacious and had a luxurious jetted bathtub. The service was top-notch, especially from our butler Ricardo and the fun and friendly bar staff. I had a great time and would definitely return for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort! The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. Our butlers, Ricardo and Orane, were attentive and fulfilled our every request. The Vibe team, led by Simone, kept us entertained and provided us with fun activities. Kevon, the bartender, was amazing, always remembering our drinks. The front desk team, led by Anna, was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and our swim-out room had amazing views from both balconies. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. The location of the pool overlooking the sea was breathtaking.

The location and infrastructure at Grand Lido were impressive, providing a beautiful view and a relaxing layout. The beds in the room were comfortable, and the sunsets from the swim-up pool were stunning. I also appreciated the variety of restaurants and food choices available on the property. The views from the balconies were absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for my Easter vacation. the attentive staff, especially our butler, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience during our stay. Additionally, the Jamaican cuisine offered at the resort was delicious, allowing us to fully indulge in the local flavors.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations. the lack of a beach at the resort was disappointing, as we were hoping to spend some time lounging by the water.

Had a great time during Christmas at the resort. the location was fantastic, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were top-notch. Enjoyed the entertainment and DJ performances, and the rooms were perfect, with a jacuzzi, shower, and great lighting. the buffet had a wide variety of options, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job with cleaning.

There were some areas for improvement. the restaurant service was very poor, with a constant shortage of menu items and issues with room service.

The all-inclusive package ensured that we never had to worry about a thing, with delicious meals and refreshing drinks readily available. The stunning scenery and fantastic weather added to the perfect ambiance of our stay. Even though there were a few drawbacks such as occasional lack of food and drink availability, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this resort for a memorable and relaxing getaway. we can't wait to return to this beautiful location.

Bad Our only minor issue at this hotel was the location of the bathroom facilities within our room. the toilet was some distance from the face basin for washing hands, which was a bit inconvenient.
