The rooms were top-notch - clean, heated, and stocked with Ladakh's essentials. the staff, led by Mr Danish, provided exceptional hospitality and curated our travels seamlessly. Although overwhelmed with attention at times due to few guests, it did not detract from the positive experience overall. A relaxing massage and a BBQ facility would have been the icing on the cake. 🏨.

The lavish interiors and excellent hygiene made us feel right at home. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful experience. From the delicious food to the incredible hospitality, every moment was filled with joy and care.

For dads, it would be great to have a playroom for the little ones.

Staying at Grand Dragon was a truly pampering experience. I had altitude sickness, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A gem in Ladakh! I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Always return for city break. Friendly staff helped with dining directions on first stay. Perfect fit with Wi, Fi, valet parking, 24, hour reception. Comfortable stay with flat, screen TV, business centre, and game room. No pets allowed, wheelchair access.

The Grand Dragon Leh offers modern amenities, helpful staff, great food and a convenient location. Rooms are well-equipped and there is a hotel shop for souvenirs. The breakfast and dinner buffets are highly recommended and inclusive packages are available. The staff, particularly Mr. Ramzan and Mr. Rajnish, provide exceptional service, along with Eric, Gagan, and Tara at the restaurant. Luggage storage is convenient for overnight trips. Highly recommended for a stay in Leh.

Lovely mountain hotel that offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks. the rooms are quite big and comfortable, with excellent toiletries. the restaurant has a good variety of tasty Indian food that comes in generous portions. the hotel's location is close to the city centre, which is a plus for easy access to amenities.

The hotel was not particularly easy to find, and there were limited signs directing guests. the hotel's Wi-Fi was weak in some areas, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to both the airport and the main market. It's convenient for tourists who want to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The restaurant in the hotel provides excellent service, with attentive staff who are always ready to assist. The rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful views of the mountains.

The package for sightseeing in the region was poorly organized and did not meet expectations.

It fulfills all exclusive amenities, such as a Jacuzzi and steam room, providing ultimate relaxation. the restaurant provides in-room breakfast and special diet menus, while the garden area is perfect for picnics and BBQ facilities. the service is outstanding and personal needs are always taken care of. the entertainment and leisure room is perfect for evening relaxation.

One minor issue we experienced was the lack of private facilities. the location advantage more than made up for this, being close to the town's popular tourist spots such as the Grand Bazaar.
