The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city surrounded by amenities and near major shopping malls. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Asian and Caucasian guests. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the pool, which felt like a tropical oasis with palm trees.

Couldn't stay longer.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area has many lifeguards. Wheelchairs can be used without reservation. A well-decorated Christmas cookie was a nice surprise.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Excellent location near shopping centers. The lobby is beautiful, and my room was lovely and clean. The facilities are great, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. The Chi-Spa is a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

They sent a cute ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. The location was perfect. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were cheerful and attentive. The swimming pool was safe with plenty of lifeguards. The food at Horizon and Heat was delicious. The facilities were well-maintained.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and the friendly staff at the hotel. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great experience. Additionally, I really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's key location, giving me easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. I was disappointed by the extra charges for local calls.
