Had a great time ringing in the new year at this hotel! the location was perfect, being close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the variety of food options offered, with a wide buffet spread and delicious dishes to choose from. the hotel also had a wonderful ambiance, making our celebration even more memorable.

The only downside was the noise from nearby construction, which slightly affected our stay. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city surrounded by amenities and near major shopping malls. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Asian and Caucasian guests. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the pool, which felt like a tropical oasis with palm trees.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area has many lifeguards. Wheelchairs can be used without reservation. A well-decorated Christmas cookie was a nice surprise.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a comfortable stay at Shangri-La. The king-sized bed was amazing, and we even received a complimentary cake for our honeymoon. The staff were polite and the lobby was clean. The hotel is family-friendly, with lots of activities for kids at the cubbies playroom. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Jowin from Reception and Joseph, the lifeguard, for making our stay even more memorable. it was the perfect place for a weekend staycation with the family.

They sent a cute ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. The location was perfect. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were cheerful and attentive. The swimming pool was safe with plenty of lifeguards. The food at Horizon and Heat was delicious. The facilities were well-maintained.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. the location was perfect, with multiple shopping malls within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

We did experience some issues with communication regarding a room change request. we found that some of the amenities were not maintained as well as they could have been, such as outdated gym equipment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manila and had a fantastic experience. The deluxe room I stayed in was newly renovated and had a super comfy bed. The room size was just perfect and offered a wonderful view of the skyline buildings in downtown Manila. The outdoor pool was amazing and there was a bar nearby that served delicious food. The hotel's health center was also impressive, with the best gym I have ever visited. Additionally, I loved how the hotel was connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient for me to explore and shop.

I felt safe and secure during my stay and had nothing to complain about.
