Christmas at this hotel was a disappointment. Likes of the hotel were the friendly staff and the decent breakfast selection.

The worst aspects were the outdated rooms and the lack of soundproofing. the rooms were dark and in serious need of renovation, with stains on the walls, carpet, and bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of a bustling intersection, making it convenient to get around. It's also just a short 7-minute drive from the airport, which was perfect for us. The hotel itself is quite large and sunny, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were enthusiastic and provided top-notch service. They were always mindful of our needs and provided prompt room service whenever we requested it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. we were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

The only downside was that the area around the hotel was a bit run down and there were sometimes kids asking for money on the street corners. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Poor attention to special requests and noise complaints. Despite requesting flowers for a special occasion, the hotel did not fulfill the request.

Located near Mall of Asia and transportation, with spacious, clean rooms. Exceptional food worth the slightly higher cost. Staff accommodated early check-in request without issue. Great common areas with well-maintained facilities and live music in the lobby during the evenings. highly recommended and enjoyable stay.

The location was also very convenient, with the front desk officer and lobby guard going out of their way to accommodate our request for shuttle service to the Mall of Asia. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff, including Chef Dinah and Restaurant Manager Mark, were fantastic and professional. I also had special dietary needs, and they ensured that I had a safe and delicious gluten-free breakfast. The front desk team had mixed experiences, but standout staff members like Becca and Bryan were friendly and helpful. The security staff, Jonald, was also noteworthy. the hotel provided a cozy and enjoyable experience.

The hotel's twin beds were spacious and comfortable, and the rooms were also quite large. Despite being slightly dated, the hotel offered great value for the price. Additionally, there were popular food chains like Chowking and Jollibee within a short 5-minute walk. The convenience continued with affordable taxi fares to and from the airport, which included the tip.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The breakfast was provided upon request, but contained pastries not suitable for gluten-free diets. Staff was nice and responsive. Convenient location near major attractions and airport. Great assistance from concierge and maintenance staff.

I recently stayed at The Heritage Hotel Manila for a quick weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and giving us a late check-out until 3pm. The hotel's location was also very accessible, making it easy for us to explore the area. The highlight of our stay was the swimming pool, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. We were pleasantly surprised by the buffet breakfast and the complimentary cocktail party. The free wifi for up to 4 devices was a great bonus. it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom was disappointing. There were visible molds on the sides and the bathtub was not clean, making it unusable.
