The hotel had comfortable and quiet rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep. the internet connection was also reliable, and there was even a computer available in the reception area. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was very accommodating, making it easy to get to and from the airport and even to the car rental location.

On the downside, the breakfast was served on disposable plates and with plastic cutlery, which was a shame. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the staff.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a funeral in the area. The staff, especially Miss Brenda Gail and Lisa U, knew my family and offered their condolences, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, although there were few proteins. Easy access to the airport. an incredible stay!

This hotel offers great value for the price. The rooms are very nice, especially the one with a king bed which was incredibly comfortable. The location is also convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of chain restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided is delicious.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Roanoke, I had a fantastic experience. The staff, particularly Ms. Brenda at the front desk, provided excellent service. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and remembered our names each year during our visit for the VA State Wrestling Championship. Ms. Brenda's upbeat personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few drawbacks. there was no hanger in the room and the cabinet door was locked, which made it difficult to hang my jacket and clothes.
