My stay at Mercante in Vigan was delightful! I stayed for a weekend getaway to explore the historic streets. the staff was genuinely helpful, providing local insights and arranging a car for further travels. the cozy lobby and spacious room made my stay relaxing. the location near Calle Crisologo was perfect for exploring on foot. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, especially the salad dressing. the attention to detail in the decor added a personal touch to the experience. the included wifi was reliable, except during heavy rain.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

We found the hotel's prime location near tourist spots in the old city center to be extremely convenient. the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. Additionally, the hotel facilities and breakfast were top-notch. Cons: Everything was exceptional; no downsides to mention.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in an amazing location. The mix of old and modern design gave the place a unique and stylish vibe. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. We were even able to bring our beloved pet with us, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the heritage area allowed us to easily explore the beautiful streets of Vigan. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and provided all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the hotel's food court downstairs was a convenient and tasty option for dining. Despite a minor inconvenience of the room window facing an internal service corridor, it didn't affect our overall experience. We were also grateful for the hotel staff's exceptional service, such as looking after our pet and even returning a pair of shoes we left behind. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Vigan.

Excellent location, friendly owners offering bicycles to explore Vigan, beautiful property for photo opportunities, soft towels and comfortable beds. Best hotel during our Philippines vacation, highly accommodating staff, walking distance to main tourist attractions. Conveniently located near grocery store, delicious breakfast, complimentary water, coffee, and tea in lobby. Prompt and helpful staff, even returning forgotten jewelry.

During our Easter vacation, we stayed in a hotel located within walking distance from the main tourist attractions. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering us free iced tea and coffee. One of the best things about our stay was the functional and clean room with a fridge and a lot of storage space.

The parking was limited, and we had to park quite far away. Breakfast was so-so, and the WiFi was bad in our room.
