We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila. The hotel had a great variety of entertainment facilities and food options, and it was conveniently located near malls and other attractions. There was something for everyone, including virtual worlds, cinemas, food courts, theaters. We had a fantastic room with a comfortable bed, and the Front Desk staff, particularly Ms. Ria and Ms. Au, were gracious and accommodating. The staff in the buffet restaurant were also very friendly. it was an enjoyable experience and we would definitely book with Hyatt City of Dreams again.

The hotel can be quite crowded, especially during busy seasons, which may affect the overall experience. the lobby is not as spacious as other Hyatt hotels, and the rooms, although clean and spacious, showed signs of wear and tear.

We loved the clean and spacious room with a beautiful view of the bay. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious tub and shower with hot and cold water. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great, and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to other restaurants and a casino.

Everything is what I need and want.

I've been coming to this hotel for 2 years now and every time the staff exceeds my expectations. They have the brightest smiles and nothing is impossible for them. I was impressed when they remembered me even after a few months. The reception staff was attentive and gave me full descriptions of all the amenities. The pool area looked amazing and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The tub was also very spacious. the staff, accommodations, and food options were excellent.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
