My family had a blast at this resort! the pools were perfect for my little ones, and the pool bar was a hit with us adults. the evening entertainment was surprisingly good, and we enjoyed every meal we had. Although I struggled a bit with the tall tub, the friendly staff made up for it. I even found a new love for para-sailing! Can't wait to come back for more fun in the sun. The database was very user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed quickly. the room on the upper floors was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. My kids had a blast playing on the massage beds in the resort's recreational area.

I did notice that the database was missing a few updated details about some of the amenities, which was a bit inconvenient when planning our activities.

We recently stayed at Jpark and it was fantastic! The Jacuzzi suite was spacious, with a comfy bed and a great jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the activities for the kids, like the golf and go kart area. The pools were also a hit, and it was nice to see families from different countries enjoying themselves. The breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. It's the people who work here that really made our stay memorable.

The water slide is famous and the beach is enjoyable with various marine life. Staff are helpful, friendly, and approachable. Comfy beds, kids love the water park and swimming pool. Good location, 20 mins from the airport. Exciting breakfast choices with a focus on Japanese and Korean cuisine.

The breakfast served at the resort was absolutely delicious, just like the rave reviews mentioned. Our special thanks to Kevin for surprising my wife with fresh Philippine Mangos every morning, which she hadn't tasted in years and thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast area was also less crowded during the early hours of 6 to 7 am, providing a quiet and peaceful start to the day. As guests with small children, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice. Apart from the fantastic waterpark, there was also a safe and impeccably maintained area for the kids to run around and play. Our 2-year-old had a blast chasing birds in the open grassy space and playing in the sandbox near the ocean side of the park. We also appreciated the spacious Mactan Suite, where our local family visitors could join us and enjoy the large open area. The addition of designated smoking areas within the hotel was a great convenience for me as well.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Got a complementary upgrade to pool villa with great jacuzzi. the villa pool was the best part of the stay. the aqua aerobics was fun. Location near the beach made it easy to access water activities.

The breakfast buffet was too crowded, and food and drinks were pricey. the cleanliness of the villa was not up to standard, and there were ants and flies.

Recently stayed at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark and was blown away by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The Cebu Suite was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, with two en-suites and a jacuzzi. The resort offers a wide range of activities, including a mesmerizing fire dance show and Havana by the sea. The breakfast buffet was heavenly, with a multitude of options, including various ways to cook eggs. The highlight, however, was the waterpark, with its river pool, free floaters. I also appreciated the laid-back atmosphere and the flexibility with rules, making it a truly relaxing experience.

The buffet style of the food was great, with a wide range of international cuisine to choose from. It was satisfying to be able to eat to our heart's content. The pool was a hit with both the adults and the kids in our group. We all had a great time swimming and splashing around.

We had some issues with the service. When our room key didn't work, the staff at the towel counter was unhelpful and insisted we go all the way to the lobby, even though we were wet.

the exclusive amenities and service provided were exceptional. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terrace, and poolside snack bar were particularly impressive. the garden area was beautifully maintained, providing guests with a peaceful sanctuary. the Spa & wellness centre was an extremely relaxing escape to pamper myself. Beach access was also a plus, with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available.

The only minor issue I found was that the entertainment provided wasn't quite up to par with the rest of the hotel's standards. this didn't interfere with my overall experience, and I still had a fantastic stay.
