We recently stayed at Jpark and it was fantastic! The Jacuzzi suite was spacious, with a comfy bed and a great jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the activities for the kids, like the golf and go kart area. The pools were also a hit, and it was nice to see families from different countries enjoying themselves. The breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. It's the people who work here that really made our stay memorable.

The breakfast served at the resort was absolutely delicious, just like the rave reviews mentioned. Our special thanks to Kevin for surprising my wife with fresh Philippine Mangos every morning, which she hadn't tasted in years and thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast area was also less crowded during the early hours of 6 to 7 am, providing a quiet and peaceful start to the day. As guests with small children, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice. Apart from the fantastic waterpark, there was also a safe and impeccably maintained area for the kids to run around and play. Our 2-year-old had a blast chasing birds in the open grassy space and playing in the sandbox near the ocean side of the park. We also appreciated the spacious Mactan Suite, where our local family visitors could join us and enjoy the large open area. The addition of designated smoking areas within the hotel was a great convenience for me as well.

Recently stayed at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark and was blown away by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The Cebu Suite was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, with two en-suites and a jacuzzi. The resort offers a wide range of activities, including a mesmerizing fire dance show and Havana by the sea. The breakfast buffet was heavenly, with a multitude of options, including various ways to cook eggs. The highlight, however, was the waterpark, with its river pool, free floaters. I also appreciated the laid-back atmosphere and the flexibility with rules, making it a truly relaxing experience.

the exclusive amenities and service provided were exceptional. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terrace, and poolside snack bar were particularly impressive. the garden area was beautifully maintained, providing guests with a peaceful sanctuary. the Spa & wellness centre was an extremely relaxing escape to pamper myself. Beach access was also a plus, with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available.

The only minor issue I found was that the entertainment provided wasn't quite up to par with the rest of the hotel's standards. this didn't interfere with my overall experience, and I still had a fantastic stay.
