I appreciated the caring staff member who helped me with crutches during my stay. it truly made a difference. The breakfast options were decent, though I'd have loved more pastries to choose from.

Make sure to try the hot soup available in the evening. it's a lovely touch after a long day. Don't miss out on the ample breakfast options too!

my experience at best western plus was great. having stayed in albany before, this time exceeded my expectations. the spacious room was clean, and the breakfast had plenty of options to refuel for a day of shopping.

Upon arrival, our room key cards malfunctioned daily, which was extremely frustrating. Each day, we had to call the front desk from our cell phones since the room phone didn't work. To top it off, we experienced consistent issues with getting hot water, often waiting up to 15 minutes. this was especially annoying after moving my mother and needing immediate relief after a long day.

I enjoyed my quick stay, particularly the nice touch of grab bars in the shower and how clean everything was. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a long drive. Just a heads up, the scrambled eggs at breakfast could use some improvement! 😊
