Unfortunately, the hot tub was filled in, which was a significant letdown since we were counting on relaxing there during our stay. Additionally, the TV in our room had persistent issues with DIRECTV cutting out, and while the front desk staff attempted to assist, the problem was never resolved. Overall, the absence of the hot tub and the lack of follow-up on our complaints really tarnished our experience this year. I’m uncertain if we will choose to return next year.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, making it very comfortable. Plus, the complimentary full breakfast served made-to-order omelets was a delightful surprise and a great way to start the day!

My family chose this hotel for our reunion primarily for the pool, but we were disappointed to find the hot tub was no longer there, and a pipe was sticking out, which caused some safety concerns. this place is super clean and comfy! the breakfast was amazin, especially the made-to-order omelets. the staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made our stay way better. loved that the room was large and had a nice updated bathroom, too. pretty good location near the highway for easy access!

It was just a nice choice for a city holiday in Burlington with attractive and competitive value for money. We appreciated the paper bag breakfasts during our stay, which made it easy to grab something quick on the go. Be aware of the parking lot. it can flood if it rains heavily.
