The bed in our room at Radisson Blu was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The concierges were friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

I loved how convenient this place was to get around. It's so close to the bus stop, which makes it easy to get to the central station. Plus, it's located right by the Old Port! The room was also spacious and had great amenities, like an ironing board and a cozy seating area. The rooftop pool was amazing, and the sun terrace was perfect for lounging on. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always there with a warm welcome and a smile.

Located next to the "vieux port" and the Palais du Pharo gardens, this hotel is in the center of Marseille. It's easy to walk around to busier areas and explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a bathrobe. The staff was helpful and the bar had good drinks. There is also a pool to relax in. The area around the hotel is brightly lit, ensuring safety.

The gym facilities were limited, with only three tired cycles/cross trainers and no weight section.

During my xmas holidays, I stayed in a hotel located in front of the port. I appreciated the free breakfast served, which was really satisfactory, and the free Wi-Fi offered by them. the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby made it convenient to explore the area.

The room was not cleaned properly, and I had to request that the trash be emptied. the towels were not replaced, and old cups were left on the counter.

the check-in lady at Radisson was professional and pleasant, arranging early access to our immaculate room. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, keeping our room impeccable. the location was perfect, and the pool was a great addition. the reception staff were helpful in providing information on tourist attractions and recommended some great restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of choices.
