The hotel offered great value for the reasonable price. the staff were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient, especially at the front desk. the views from the room window were amazing, providing a beautiful backdrop for my city break. Additionally, the hotel had a nice swimming pool with an outdoor bar and restaurant, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.

One thing that could be improved was the consistency of the hot water temperature in the bath shower. It would fluctuate at times, making it a bit uncomfortable.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Marco Polo Plaza. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool area was relaxing and I enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurants. it was a great experience.

The Easter stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on local attractions and prices. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the accommodations were comfortable and to our liking. Additionally, the hotel's location offered stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding residential areas.

The manager was helpful, even gave us a ride to the port. Staff provided excellent customer service and treated everyone equally. The control card in elevators ensured security. Beautiful panoramic view, festive interior, and comfortable beds with soft pillows. Strategically placed lighting allowed for personalized ambiance.

The swimming pool was great, though a little cold. Efficient check-in process. Plenty of parking available. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. Impeccable service provided by the staff. We had a fantastic stay with incredible staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, and delicious drinks. The spa was lovely, and the pool was perfect for relaxation. The staff, especially Neza, Jessa, Jungie, Jericho. The housekeepers also did an excellent job of keeping our room in top shape. The location of the hotel offered splendid views of the city and nearby resort islands. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the city center and found it convenient to access major attractions and malls nearby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and visit major attractions. Guests have mentioned that it's easy to find a taxi, even during busy events like the APEC summit. Additionally, the hotel is near the Temple of Leah, which offers stunning views of Cebu City.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is that there was a mix-up with room arrangements, resulting in a wait for housekeeping to merge twin beds into a king bed. This lack of proper communication causes inconvenience for guests and dampens their experience.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially in the restaurant where they were very attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel on a hill with panoramic views of the island was also a key advantage, providing a breezy atmosphere. Another positive aspect was the comfortable bedding and pillows.

On the negative side, the hotel could use some improvements. Firstly, the room interiors had an outdated vibe and could benefit from a modern and chic upgrade.
