The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the bar/restaurant downstairs were friendly and welcoming.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the slight smell coming from the bathroom and the noise from the road outside and nearby construction, I still had a positive experience. The lack of information on how to contact someone for assistance was a minor inconvenience, but the staff were responsive and handled any issues promptly.

We had a fantastic stay at a recently reopened boutique hotel in downtown. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bikes. the manager, Billy, provided excellent recommendations for a nearby lunch spot and even delivered breakfast to our room the next morning. the three-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant was top-notch. the newly refurbished rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city break. We could walk to all the attractions and the train station was nearby. the room was modern and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant and the lively atmosphere.

Although we enjoyed the lively atmosphere, it could be noisy at times. the doors were a bit rattly when people were opening and closing them, but it didn't bother us too much.

We booked the deluxe king room for the last night of our trip and were super happy with our choice. The staff were fantastic - friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, with a huge comfy bed and a dreamy freestanding bathtub. It was well-decorated and had a smart TV with Netflix. The hotel's restaurant and bar area were beautiful, with great food and outstanding service. We also appreciated the continental breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. The hotel's central location near shops, bars, and restaurants was a big plus, and they even paid for our parking in a nearby car park.

We do recommend this hotel.

The refurbishment was done to a tremendous standard, with beautiful rooms and quality new shower rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was first class with a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The location was central to all shopping, restaurants, and transport stations. Highly recommend staying here.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and tasteful decor. The location was convenient, right in town, and the staff went out of their way to provide us with great recommendations for our day in town.

The breakfast option could be improved by ensuring that all items are available until the designated time, as we experienced some confusion with the continental breakfast being cleared away too early on one morning.

The rooms were really nice and clean with tea/coffee making facilities and a big TV with Sky. The beds were really comfortable. Good soundproof windows, virtually no noise from traffic. The hotel is right in the town centre. Breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch, with croissants, smoothies, juice, yogurts, ham. The room was spacious with a huge shower and a big roll-top bath. The restaurant had great food, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent facilities, with a new bathroom and smart television. Good location, easy to walk around. Highly recommended for friends and family.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.
