I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was on point, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly a receptionist named Tiffany who went above and beyond to answer my questions. the facilities were impressive, offering a relaxing spa with an amazing oil massage, complemented by free snacks that made the experience even better.

Just had an amazing stay in Pampanga at a special place! LOVED the breakfast, best ever! the outdoor bathtub was a highlight. Would definitely choose this place again. the rooms are even better than in photos. Can't wait to go back! .

Spacious rooms with efficient AC. Great location, easy access to local spots. Excellent food selection, especially at breakfast. Quick response to requests and a nice swimming pool for laps. the gym is well-equipped. 🏊‍♂️.

Baccus Lounge: the lavish Baccus Lounge was a sanctuary for business meetings. I felt like a CEO finalizing a deal amidst its elegant ambiance. the staff catered to my needs promptly, making me feel like a top executive sealing a multimillion-dollar agreement.

The lobby was so beautifully designed, with high ceilings and calming lighting that didn't overwhelm. It was easy for us seniors to move around, and the staff were quietly efficient. the architecture made it feel like a peaceful oasis, away from the hustle and bustle.

The children working there should be more attentive to senior guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Midori Clark Hotel And Casino. The lobby and corridors are beautifully designed, giving off a zen vibe. The spacious rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, offering complimentary items like tea, coffee, and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

This modern and cozy hotel is located in the Clark Freeport area, perfect for easy access to the International Airport. It's also situated on the bustling walking street, offering plenty of entertainment and dining options. The main restaurant is right next door and serves an excellent buffet on the weekends. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sparkling clean bathrooms. The service provided by the attentive and hospitable staff is top-notch. The breakfast spread is extensive and the hotel offers excellent Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

One drawback is the limited parking options, with the basement parking exclusively for valet use. Guests have to park outside, which can be inconvenient, especially for families with kids.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of poolside snack bar facilities. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel had lovely rooms and clean facilities. the breakfasts were great! the hotel was close to the city center and public transport, so getting around was easy. they offered some great discounts for new year’s stays.

The hotel staff was not very friendly overall and the service could be improved. Ordering drinks at the pool took a long time, and some staff members were unhelpful or unfriendly.
