The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. the location was perfect, with the train station and beach just a short walk away. We were able to conveniently buy train tickets at the reception, making it easy to explore the nearby Cinque Terre. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the summer months.

Our only complaint was that we didn't stay longer than two nights. We didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the amenities and explore the beautiful surroundings.

I stayed at Clelia for 3 days to explore Cinque Terre and the Ligurian coast. The friendly staff spoke multiple languages and were incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and the beach. The beautiful surroundings and classy furnishings exceeded my expectations. The hotel even provided a complimentary pick-up service from the train station. Plus, the on-site parking was a bonus. it was a great base for my adventure.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location of Hotel Clelia. It saved me time traveling to Cinque Terre from the Genova side and avoided the narrow, tricky mountain roads. The hotel had a secure and safe parking area, which was a priority for me after a bad experience in Barcelona. The attic room I stayed in was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for an Italian hotel. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the juice machine. Additionally, the hotel was just a few minutes away from the beach and train station, making it easy for me to explore the area.

The only downside was the noise at night, with barking dogs and a banging blind. the hotel also needs some improvements, like fixing the rusty promenade.

The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach and yet the hotel pool area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved having the option to relax by the picturesque pool or join the hot and buzzing beach atmosphere. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with directions on how to explore the nearby towns and trails. Another advantage we enjoyed was the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, especially the tasty seafood dishes and lovely desserts.

There were a couple of shortcomings during our stay. the Wi-Fi was unstable and quite slow, which was a bit frustrating at times.

Attentive staff, great room with solar roof window, clean bathroom with fancy toiletries, delicious homemade gelato and desserts, walking distance to the beach.
