During our stay at Pacaya Lodge And Spa, we were amazed by the breathtaking views of Laguna de Apoyo, Lake Granada, and the Mombacho volcano. The tranquility of the surroundings provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view over the Laguna de Apoyo and the pool. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly, polite, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us, helping with my injury and even calling a doctor for me. The food at the restaurant was delicious, exceeding my high expectations. Additionally, knowing that the hotel partners with Opportunity International to invest in the local community gave us a sense of fulfillment. I highly recommend Pacaya Lodge And Spa for its beautiful location, excellent service, and outstanding food.

I stayed at Pacaya Lodge And Spa in La Laguna for a short time to explore various parts of Nicaragua. The staff was highly attentive and went above and beyond for my needs. The resort grounds were beautiful and surrounded by nature, making my stay magical. The rooms were top-notch with 5-star bathrooms. The food at the lodge was amazing, especially the Guapote fish. The service was excellent, with Gordon and Judy being particularly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling through the Granada area.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a lodge in La Laguna and there were a couple of things that I really liked about my experience. the stunning views from the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the beautiful lake and volcano right from my porch. the location of the lodge was also great, as it was surrounded by nature and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the breakfast options were quite limited and didn't change much during my stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Pacaya. The hotel is situated high above the laguna and offers a stunning view of the lake, Mombacho volcano, and Apoyo lagoon.
