Our recent stay at Ferman Hilal Hotel-Special Category was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect, close to Taksim Square and Havatas Bus Stop. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and spoke multiple languages, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The rooms were cozy and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great value.

I stayed in a hotel located in a crowded area, close to Taksim square. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The room was neat, spacious, and well-cleaned every day. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of toiletries. Additionally, I enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of traditional Turkish dishes.

The property had three attached beds which were still comfortable. The bathroom had a useful blow dryer attached to the wall. The hotel offered an amazing open buffet with a delicious breakfast.

Had a great time in the city! The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it very easy to get around. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch, and there was a good selection of coffee and tea. The rooms were kept clean and tidy each day, which was appreciated. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions.
