The staff were very nice. The hotel overall looked clean and tidy and was in a great central location. The shower was nice with great pressure, and the bathroom was a good size. Our room had a mini bar fridge which was useful. We also had 2 fresh bottled water each day and a mini travel pack of tissues. The housekeeping staff left nice swans and so on out of towels which was a nice touch each day. Our room was upgraded to the King room which was closest to the pool and on the ground floor.
