Always coming back here for Easter. First time staff guided me with directions. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, pool, A/C, nearby free parking. Private beach, flat-screen TV, restaurant, laundry. Everything I need. No pets or smoking, 24/7 security. Peaceful haven.

Enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner with complimentary wine and a full sea view room. Packed breakfast for early tours was a nice touch. Spacious room and excellent service made our stay memorable. Suggestion: Replace throw pillows with extra bed pillows for more comfort. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Traveling from Cebu City, we stayed at Whale Shark Resort for a few days. the staff, including the owner, were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about whalesharks. the ocean view and sound of waves were tranquil. the hotel's unique artwork added to the relaxed atmosphere. Quick WiFi, easy bus access, clean and spacious rooms with beach views, and delicious sizzling sisig made our stay memorable. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

They are extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request you may have. the resort is beautifully designed, with a tasteful and aesthetically pleasing layout. I particularly enjoyed the spacious sun terrace, where I could relax and practice my morning yoga while overlooking the sea. the staff also helped me arrange trips and provided valuable tips on transportation options. the breakfast was delicious, and there were complimentary hot beverages available all day. they provided free drinking water for guests, which was a thoughtful touch.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there was one aspect that could be improved. the check-out procedure, where a staff member assesses the room for damages, could have been handled more discreetly to avoid any feelings of guilt or discomfort.
