The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to access various establishments such as groceries, laundry, and fast food. The rooms are spacious and offer amenities like a safety box and ample vanity space for personal belongings. The staff provides excellent customer service and is professional and helpful.

One downside is that the lighting in the rooms could be improved, as they only have yellow light bulbs, which may not be preferred by some guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Tacloban and I must say that I had a really pleasant experience. the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The attention to detail was evident, especially with the balcony that provided a view of the service area. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was really convenient to have everything within walking distance. Lastly, I appreciated having breakfast included in my stay. It was a nice touch to start the day off with a delicious meal.

All in all, everything was just fine.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with a safety box and plenty of room for our makeup and toiletries. The location near the airport and common establishments was very convenient. The beds were comfy, and we were provided with complimentary purified water and breakfast for two.

We felt very lucky to have found such a great hotel with no complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even lending us a phone charger when we forgot ours. The hotel had a charming outdoor space and a lovely garden where we could relax in the evening. The rooms were equipped with a kettle, mugs, complimentary bottled water, and a TV. Extra pillows were provided upon request, and the balcony facing the rear of the hotel was an added bonus.
