Sir Eric, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and kitchenware. We even had the option to cook our own meals, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, with a grocery store just around the corner and being within walking distance to MOA. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

I stayed at Sea Residences Moa-Eric for a week. The location was perfect, just a short walk to MOA. The owner was very accommodating and gave me a room with a view of SM MOA. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, AC, hot and cold shower, rice cooker, microwave. The TV even had Netflix. There was also an Alfamart on the ground floor, which was convenient.
