The hotel is right by the airport, making transportation convenient. It is located on the beautiful Lio beach, away from the main town, providing a tranquil and breathtaking view. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options are varied and delicious.

I got great value for my money at Seda Lio. The room was amazing, with a king-sized bed and a hot tub right by the pool. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a short walk to the restaurants on Lio beach. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been better. The buffet breakfast was great, but the room service and dinner buffet didn't live up to expectations.

My recent stay at Seda in El Nido was absolutely fantastic. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious suites and rooms, beautiful swimming pools, and a fantastic restaurant and bar. I loved being able to enjoy kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding right from the hotel's private white sand beach. The lifeguard and beach staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Located away from the main town, Seda Lio is just a short 5-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is positioned right on the beach, offering a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and polite, always willing to assist. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provides excellent facilities such as a pool bar, sunbeds, and a beach path to nearby restaurants.

Some guests have mentioned that the food options on the buffet tend to be cold.

Can't fault the property.

We had a fantastic time at Seda! The staff was incredibly hospitable, from the welcoming reception to the attentive cleaning crews and restaurant staff. Angelica helped us with our check-in and check-out, while Floren took care of our luggage. Ms. Maya, the breakfast supervisor, went above and beyond by calling the nurse clinic to check on my son and husband when they had a stomach issue. John, the nurse, quickly attended to them and provided great assistance. The resort itself is located on the beautiful and peaceful Lio beach, with great walks, restaurants, and shops. The hotel seamlessly blends into its surroundings and offers a luxurious experience. We felt safe and enjoyed the exclusive beachfront, away from the crowds. The well-maintained rooms and facilities, along with the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, made our stay even better. We will definitely recommend Seda to our friends for a relaxing vacation!

The hotel had a clean and well-maintained outdoor area with a fantastic view of the sunset over the islands. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The location was convenient, with a short walk to other resorts and shops in the LIO entertainment area.

Great customer service and lovely beachfront location. Spacious pool with comfortable sun chairs. Excellent breakfast buffet with various food options and attentive service. Recommend upgrades to suites with a hot tub and pool access. Walking distance to dining venues and shopping area.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The staff was warm and friendly, always willing to assist us in any way they could. The breakfast was very rich, and it made our mornings so much more enjoyable. I loved that we also had access to the fitness room and a playing room. The location was perfect, especially for beach lovers, and the complimentary shuttle was an excellent touch.

There was some fustiness in the room, and the hotel had only one restaurant, which made it a bit difficult to have a variety of eating options. the prices were higher than we expected, and we noticed the service lapses and that the staff seemed to need more training.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a Spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, beach access and private facilities. The massage at the Spa centre was one of the best experiences we've had and the infinity pool overlooking the garden area is breathtaking. The beachfront location advantages offered sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax in the sun. The restaurant and poolside snack bar provided excellent service and a delicious menu.

Although this hotel was magnificent, we encountered minor issues with the service at times, which lacked the expected level of attention. However, the full-body massage and foot massage experiences were outstanding.

The hotel had good amenities, warm and friendly staff, early check-in and late check-out, helpful in arranging tours and activities, free airport transportation, peaceful private beach.
