As backpackers, we loved the friendly staff who greeted us with wine and provided great suggestions for dining and sightseeing. The room was well-maintained, and the hotel had a helpful scooter rental service.

This place was very nice and clean. The location was great, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool was right next to the ocean, so I got to enjoy beautiful views while lounging by the pool. The pool itself was bigger than many in the area and perfect for sipping a frozen drink on a hot day. Additionally, there were stairs leading down to a swimming area in the ocean, and I found it really refreshing to take a dip there. The staff were incredibly nice and even gave me a glass of champagne upon arrival.

The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the water and just one block from downtown. It is so convenient to everything you'll want to see in this city, with attractions close by and a beautiful beach with a floating dock for sunbathing. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff were professional and friendly.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful area with sand all around. It's situated in Old Town near a marina with many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The service was outstanding, with room service and bell staff/porter available to assist us whenever we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for including a balcony and sitting area. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even beach access. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and massages offered. The sun terrace and spa center were lovely places to unwind and soak up the sun. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room had a beautiful view of the water and we loved the small cove for bathing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. had a great time at Hyatt!

The location of the resort was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the Truman house and the Ernest Hemingway house. The A&b restaurant on-site was excellent, offering delicious food. The pool bar provided excellent service, with a great selection of food and drinks. The rooms were comfortable and the showers in the bathroom were fantastic. The staff, including a friendly bartender named Tasha, were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The outdoor areas of the hotel were beautifully landscaped, adding to the overall aesthetics. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds during our stay.

Rooms with supposedly sea view had very limited visibility of the water. Pricey room rates, resort fees, and parking without noticeable improvements.

Good location, walking distance to everything. Helpful concierge, booked activities and provided coupons for restaurants. Poolside food and drinks were great, friendly staff. Breakfast package was a nice addition. a great hotel option in the area.

This hotel is located in a landscaped area with sand, and is very close to several restaurants. The rooms have a nice view and all the amenities you need, including furniture from the 90s. The breakfast was included in our rate.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the area. The resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant and bar was excellent, and the staff was always on top of their game. I especially loved having a personal balcony to enjoy the weather and the view of the water. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.
