The facilities at the hotel were great, especially the spa and gymnasium. I really enjoyed relaxing and unwinding at the spa during my stay. the gym was also well-equipped and allowed me to continue my workout routine. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated in a key location in the city, making it easy for me to explore and access other areas of the city.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the bathroom shower in my room leaked a little, which was quite frustrating.

The front desk agent, Ms. Ishma, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She arranged for a corner room and a late check-out, all with a genuine smile. The food at Sage Restaurant was delicious, although the drink service was a bit slow. The Horizon Lounge staff were attentive and detail-oriented. The hotel also has a lively bar in the basement with top-notch cocktails and great music.

I do recommend this hotel.
