The facilities at the hotel were great, especially the spa and gymnasium. I really enjoyed relaxing and unwinding at the spa during my stay. The gym was also well-equipped and allowed me to continue my workout routine. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated in a key location in the city, making it easy for me to explore and access other areas of the city.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the bathroom shower in my room leaked a little, which was quite frustrating.

My recent stay at Makati Shangri-La was exceptional. I was in Manila for a business trip and the hotel's location in the heart of the business district was perfect. The front desk agent, Ms. Ishma, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She arranged for a corner room and a late check-out, all with a genuine smile. The food at Sage Restaurant was delicious, although the drink service was a bit slow. The Horizon Lounge staff were attentive and detail-oriented. The hotel also has a lively bar in the basement with top-notch cocktails and great music.

I do recommend this hotel.

I was also impressed with the in-house nurse provided by the hotel, who offered professional recommendations when my husband fell ill.
