I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Orangeburg for a business trip lasting a few nights. The staff, especially the breakfast attendant, were great and very attentive. The hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away behind a gas station and other stores, but once you find it, you're in for a treat. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, thanks to Linda from the cleaning team. Ashley at the front desk was kind and professional, making check-in a breeze. it was a great experience.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, with one particular lady on the evening shift going above and beyond to recommend a nearby track for running. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a two-day stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, with tasty sausage and omelettes.

Cleanliness seemed to be an issue at this hotel. Previous guests reported finding hairs on towels and in their beds, as well as stains on comforters and walls.

Located in a convenient location, perfect for a stopover during a road trip. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for local dining options. the hot breakfast served was a great start to the day. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets. the fitness room was well-equipped with various workout equipment and had good air conditioning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations, with issues such as thin towels, dirty sheets, and mildew in the shower corners. In addition, there was a discrepancy with the hotel's pet policy, as a guest was allowed to bring a large dog despite the hotel's claim of no pets allowed.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Orangeburg was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, updated, and had plenty of outlets for charging devices, including USB ports. The location was convenient for our journey to Charleston, and the staff were delightful and welcoming. They even recommended a local restaurant for dinner, which had a fun atmosphere and delicious Southern food. a really nice hotel experience with friendly and efficient service.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is the food for breakfast. While the hot breakfast was good, it would have been even better if there were more variety or options available.
