For my journey to Key West, Holiday Inn Express was the ideal choice. the location was convenient, and the staff were exceptional. the hotel was spotless and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Overall, a good spot with friendly service. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms need a significant update, with dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of basic amenities like towel hooks in the bathroom. Some rooms had unpleasant odors and signs of mold.
