The check-in process was easy, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, well-equipped, and felt modern and new. We had a restful night's sleep and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city.

The location is perfect for access to the Hilton downtown and to all types of areas in Houston. From one of the reviews I read, the staff at this hotel seems to be very welcoming and helpful, and this definitely showed in my experience staying here. Another thing that impressed me was the attention to detail, which is evident in the basic amenities provided in the room.

The parking situation was horrible. There was an orientation going on during my stay, and the parking lot was overflowing.

During our weekend stay, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel- from the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was located near key attractions, making it easy to get around the city.

The area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit rough, and we were a little hesitant when we first arrived. However, we quickly realized that the hotel was gated and felt safe and secure.
