Traveling with my family for a weekend getaway, we enjoyed the spacious and picturesque rooms at Monarch. the swimming pool and breakfast options were a hit with the kids. Conveniently located near a mall and other amenities, the hotel offered a relaxing escape with friendly staff and ample room facilities. From the outdoor pool to nearby dining choices, Monarch provided an excellent stay experience.

I keep returning for holiday. Staff helped with insect bite on my first stay. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness centre. Great amenities and service, no regrets.

the staff at monarch were so friendly and the room was super clean. the location is great - close to the mall and easy to get around. the housekeeping team made me feel at home, and the front desk manager was awesome. oh, and the breakfast selection was just right.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at The Monarch Hotel. The location was ideal, with a mall nearby for shopping and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent facilities, such as a full-size gym and pools for both adults and children. We also appreciated the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff, including the helpful guards. our experience at The Monarch Hotel was top-notch, making our trip truly memorable.

The parking situation could have been better. We encountered difficulties finding a parking spot, even though we had extended our stay.

I had an issue with my prepayment not going through, but the hotel staff was extremely understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to pay at the property without any hassle. We spent Christmas at this hotel and were pleased with our overall stay. we were given two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was also great, as it was within walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, which were equipped with all the necessary amenities.

We found the staff to be unprofessional at times, with some arguing with guests instead of apologizing for their mistakes. the beds were quite noisy and the corridor outside our room was also loud at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
