This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities, like the massage service and private facilities, were exceptional and fulfilled my every need. the staff was attentive and helpful, providing information about the hotel's leisure and TV room and sun terrace. the garden area was beautifully maintained and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas at the hotel, which would have been nice to have available. this did not detract from my overall positive experience.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and really created a festive atmosphere. the chocolates left in the room were a nice touch, as was the complimentary wine at dinner. the hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and shopping area. the shower had good water pressure.

The room was too cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the Loire Valley and had a truly wonderful experience. The room I stayed in was on the top floor, with exposed beams and a stunning view of the Loire river and the Chateau of Amboise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of character. The service provided by the desk clerk, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from providing restaurant menus to even making dinner reservations for me. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk to the town center and with ample parking available. I had one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Loire Valley.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, located in a charming small town with its very own chateau. Leonardo Da Vinci's home turned museum is just a short walk away, showcasing over 40 of his inventions.
