great location, but breakfast was overpriced for the limited selection. i also can’t believe there isn't a concierge to assist guests properly. and honestly, for the high price, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a thoughtful welcome gift. an absolute letdown when the services felt more like a 2-star establishment rather than 5 stars.

Wow, the vibe here is so chill, right by the Old City and the staff were just legends! Our room was all fancy with super comfy beds and they always kept it neat. Plus, the brekkie selection was just lekker, even though a bit limited at times. Totally felt at home!

But brekkie was a bit of a mission sometimes, had to nag for the fruit juice like a child, ag man!

A few moments of confusion arose during check-out due to understaffing. Also, an unexpected charge for minibar items left a sour taste after an otherwise great visit.

Had a lovely time! My room was super comfy and quiet, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, though at times it took a while to get coffee refills. The location is amazing, right near all the historic sights, and the smoothie bar in the lounge was a nice touch!

I recently had a great stay! The room was luxurious with great aesthetics, and the spa service blew me away. The breakfast selection could be better, though.

hotel bellotto is pretty nice, realy comfy and clean. the location is awesome, just minutes from the old town and sigismund's column. staff were super friendly and helpful. the food at focaccia restaurant was delicious and the rooms are large with a cool mix of modern and historical vibes. it's kinda like staying in a castle, which is super dope.

Great staff and lovely room, but the thermostat didn’t work well. Nice bar area.

The restaurant is amazing and the lounge area is perfect for relaxing with drinks. Room service was speedy and the laundry service came in clutch. The espresso coffee maker in the room was a nice touch.

One thing that could be improved is the responsiveness of the front desk staff, as they seemed a bit unpolished. A little more warmth in greetings would elevate the overall experience.

But honestly, who needs a bed buddy when the bed’s a bit too cozy? Also, I’d suggest they widen a few things, starting with those narrow beds!

I had such a calm stay with a super comfy bed and a generous breakfast each morning. The sauna and spa treatments were a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. The only thing was the bathroom setup could have used a little more thought, but it didn't overshadow my experience at all! 😊
