The hotel's location was convenient for meeting family halfway. the new facility offered a clean room once we were reassigned. Additionally, the room size was spacious and comfortable for our stay.

The staff was unprepared and unprofessional, causing multiple inconveniences during our visit. From missing amenities like a coffee maker and soap to a disturbing encounter with housekeeping early in the morning, the overall experience was disappointing.

The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, with a large shower that was also fabulous. the best aspect was the opportunity to cook in the room, which made it feel more like home. the curtains provided excellent privacy from the outside light, creating a completely dark atmosphere perfect for sleeping in late.

Although the stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few things that could have been improved. For example, it was inconvenient to ask the front desk for a coffee pot and cups for the room, and no coffee was available for it.
