We loved the beautiful room with floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning furnishings. The windows opened, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air without noise disturbances. The location was convenient, with a short walk to town and a nearby supermarket. Perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

I recently stayed at Belle Epoque Residence for a short business trip. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the newly added sauna was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the on-site shop was convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was both spacious and powerful. the hotel was quiet and well-equipped. I will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main square and near the charming old town area in the city. It felt very safe to walk around, even at night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in. The interior design of the room was cozy and inviting.

Some guests complained about noise from neighboring buildings or loud neighbors, which could be disruptive at times.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, clean, and spacious room at Belle Epoque Residence. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even delivered breakfast right to our room at the time we requested. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center, and there was a convenient supermarket right next door. We loved all the amenities provided, including the umbrellas for rainy days. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

Worst customer service, staff did not help with heavy doors or stairs. They refused to give us new sheets and pillow after our child got sick.
