the staff were utterly inattentive, clearly prioritizing other guests over my well-deserved comfort. I was left longing for a proper welcome gesture, considering the pathetic state of the overflowing lifts. Honestly, I thought the picturesque mountain view woudl have come with more than just a view. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Air conditioning is sorely needed during summer months!!! Noise disturbances from children and parties can be quite disruptive!!! Parking layout is awkward and frustrating, making navigation a hassle for guests!!! Some rooms feel outdated and could use a refurbishment!!!

The location is amazing. you get stunning views of the Tatras and a fun kids' play area with all kinds of activities. We also loved the spacious pool and the laid-back vibe, perfect for our family getaway. It was a treat to share this with my cousin.

My kids wished for more staff in the kids’ club so they could have some organized activities. The rooms could also be a bit more updated for comfort.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, honestly one of the best I've had. Lots of options to fuel up for hiking. The staff was super friendly, always smiling. The only bummer was the crane blocking our view from the balcony, which was kinda frustrating. Still, it was a cozy place to unwind after a long day.

The breakfast selection was the best we've ever had staff were friendly and helped us with ski equipment rental. Great views right by the slopes and nice amenities for kids made our stay enjoyable.

Customer service could be improved though. The room could use some updates.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a spa & wellness center. The staff even helped me with the local taxi number during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the inviting poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
