We had an absolutely amazing stay at Balthazar Design. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the little treats that were left in our room every day. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring all the beautiful sights. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast, which was the best we've ever had. we would highly recommend Balthazar Design for an unforgettable stay in Krakow.

I had the best stay in this city at a hotel right in the centre of the old town. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Jewish district and just a pleasant five minute stroll from the throngs in the main square. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It's situated in a pedestrian zone and is just a stone's throw away from the castle. Being so close to all the attractions meant that I could easily explore the city without any hassle.

The hotel is ideally located, with everything within walking distance - as shown in the website pictures. I loved being able to explore the city at my own pace, while still having the convenience of returning to the hotel at the same time. The room was beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a great shower in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the room was also a wonderful bonus.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel for four and a half days. The location was perfect, right at the border of the old town and within walking distance to everything. We were able to explore the beautiful Krakow at our own pace and even visit the nearby castle. The rooms were stunningly designed with a sense of delicate luxury, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We felt like we were already old friends. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The loud construction noise in the inner yard during the morning, which was a bit disturbing.
