The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sharif, Ghulam, Ahmed, and Mr. Khalid. The hotel is new and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The executive apartments were spacious and comfortable. The hotel offered free stay and meals when one of the apartments was not ready. The swimming pool and gym facilities were top-notch. The internet speed was exceptional. a pleasant stay for families. Recommended.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Salalah and we had a fantastic stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to car parking. the room we stayed in was like a luxury apartment, complete with a kitchen and two bathrooms. It felt like a home away from home and we loved the spaciousness and comfort it provided. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. the WiFi connection was excellent and the air conditioning was powerful, keeping us cool without being too noisy. we were very impressed with the facilities and service provided by this hotel.

While our experience at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the breakfast offered at the hotel didn't meet our expectations and there were times when certain items, like milk, were not available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome I received at Bristol Hotel. Mr. Suhail, the hotel manager, personally greeted me during check-in and ensured that my stay was exceptional. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the state-of-the-art recreation gym and swimming pool facilities in the basement. The internet speed was exceptional, making it easy to stay connected. I would highly recommend Bristol Hotel for its excellent hospitality and friendly staff. Thank you to Mr. Suhail and the entire team for making my stay memorable.
