Great location near Old Town and Galeria. Brilliant, clean, and newly remodeled room. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Easy access to the building and room with email/sms instructions. Central location with easy access to the largest shopping mall and main railway/bus station.

The location of this residence is exceptional, just a short walk away from the old town and the main train station. The apartments are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchens. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is hassle-free. Additionally, there is a guarded car park in front of the hotel, making it convenient for those with vehicles.

The attic rooms in the upper floors can get quite hot during summer days, even though the air conditioning works well.

Great room, recently remodeled and clean. Good location close to Old Town and Galeria. The shower had plenty of hot water. Two large windows allowed for plenty of ventilation.

The apartment was on the top floor, with no elevator access and steep, narrow stairs. All windows faced other apartment windows, limiting natural light and privacy.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to a big shopping centre and the old town, yet situated in a very quiet area away from the city center noise. The staff provides great service, and the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors with balconies are a delightful bonus. Additionally, the breakfast served is satisfying.

My stay at Barbakan Residence Old Town was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the old town and close to a huge shopping mall. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen accessories and bathroom amenities. The check-in process was super easy and convenient. I highly recommend Barbakan Residence Old Town for a great stay in Krakow.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town and close to many tourist attractions. the apartment was fully equipped with modern amenities and had comfortable furnishings. the communication with the staff was smooth and they were responsive to our requests.

The breakfast was subpar and not a great value for the price. the lack of an inside lock on the apartment door made us feel a bit uneasy about security.
