The location was fantastic, right on the main square with soundproofing working a treat on the windows. The staff was very helpful, promptly dealing with any requirements we had. The beds were super comfy and the mini-fridge was stocked daily with water and soft drinks, which was much appreciated. The bottle of prosecco on arrival and the bottle of wine on departure were a nice touch.

I got great value for my money at Betmanowska Main Square Residence Adults Only. The room was modern, luxurious, and had an amazing view over the square. The staff were extremely friendly and treated me well during my stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a luxurious touch. The attention to detail was exceptional, with complimentary wine provided on both the first and last night. The location right on the market square was perfect, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

This place is centrally located, right on the main square of the Old Town. It's surrounded by restaurants and easily accessible to all the sights in this city. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any request. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. They even offer a paid airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The bar/lounge area is a great spot to unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring.

Absolutely fantastic place. Comfortable beds and beautiful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Arrived to a welcoming glass of prosecco. Also a bottle in our room. Requested more pillows and they were delivered to our room within minutes. I will most definitely return to this hotel. It's in a super location.
