The hotel had a warm cookie welcome at check-in.

I was disappointed by the inadequate service during my stay. Despite being a higher-rated hotel, the front desk staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Additionally, I was taken aback by the strange pre-authorization deposit policy that felt more like a tactic to push hotel services, which made my experience less enjoyable.

I hit up the spa too, where I took a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi—it was pure bliss after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but for the service and experience, I'd say it was worth it.

Relaxation was ensured at the spa. the cleanliness and professionalism made our time in the wellness area delightful. One small hitch was a minor mix-up with room service, but it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment. Transport arrangements were handled smoothly, making for a hassle-free experience.

Had a great time with friends here! The pool and spa on the 10th floor were amazing, with a fantastic view of the city. We explored local spots for food, which were just a short walk away. The breakfast was solid too. Totally recommend it for groups looking to hang out and relax!

One downside was that the receptionist didn't explain any hotel amenities upon arrival. We felt a bit lost at first and would have appreciated some guidance.

When we got there, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and even gave us a map pointing out all the best spots to visit—made it super easy to navigate. The spa was a game changer. I had the best massage of my life, made all my stress disappear!

the staff at doubletree by hilton were incredibly helpful, especially at the spa where the atmosphere was relaxing. the indoor pool had stunning views, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of options that really impressed me. valet parking was seamless too.

The indoor pool area was fantastic. the spa services, including full body massages, were top-notch. Staff were friendly and accommodating. and the in-room breakfast was convenient.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even creating a map for us to explore the sights! Had a fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant where the service was top-notch and the food was DELICIOUS! ! My room was really spacious and the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but definitely worth it for the experience.
