I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a modern and clean bathroom. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were young, dynamic, and very friendly.

They were also knowledgeable about local attractions and always willing to assist with bookings. the location of the hotel was perfect, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep despite being right in the heart of the city. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options, although there were some areas where improvements could be made, such as the limited coffee selection.

The room and bathroom were smaller than expected, possibly due to the constraints of being in an old building. the room was too hot at night, even with the lowest heat setting, making it uncomfortable for sleeping.

The breakfast was a true feast, with a wide variety of options including delicious cheeses, meats, breads, and even champagne. The hot dishes were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the eggs, Polish sausage, bacon, and vegetables. I feel fortunate to have found this fantastic hotel and would give it the highest rating possible.

The only small improvement that could be made to the morning meal would be better table clearing during breakfast. Our table quickly piled up with used plates and we had to ask for them to be cleared between courses.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was amazing, right on the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a Business Corner where we found complimentary water and fruit, as well as a free PC and a selection of books in all languages available to borrow. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to Auschwitz, the salt mine, and a taxi to the airport. The Penthouse Suite we stayed in was superb, providing us with a spacious and luxurious experience. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
