As a frequent traveler, I stayed at Crowne Plaza for a couple of nights. The hotel's focus on being an airport hotel is a major plus. They go out of their way to ensure convenience and comfort, with spacious and silent rooms designated as silent zones. The early breakfasts and swift check-in/check-out make for a hassle-free experience. The hotel shuttle bus, which runs from morning until late evening, is a real bus, not just a van. The sky lounge upgrade provides a convenient alternative if you don't feel like dining at the restaurant. The breakfast variety was surprisingly good, and the Jura coffee machines made excellent coffee.

So, I spent Christmas at this hotel and there were a few things that I really liked. they offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies every evening and that was really nice. the hotel was located right next to a shopping mall, which was super convenient for all my last-minute Christmas shopping. Lastly, I really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna which were both very relaxing.

There were definitely some things that I disliked during my stay at this hotel. the staff was not very accommodating when it came to late check-out requests and charged us an extra fee.

The hotel is not in walking distance to many attractions, so you may need to take a train or other transportation to get around. However, it is conveniently located near a business park, so there are still plenty of amenities in the area.
