I had a great stay at Hotel Great Polonia Conrad. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short taxi ride away from Krakow old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the instructions on how to get from the main building to the other building were unclear and caused confusion, especially when trying to find the hotel with taxi drivers.

Spacious rooms with great lighting and a large desk for remote work. Kitchenette for cooking, clean and comfortable bathroom with a good shower. Super comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good value for money.

The hotel was noisy. The rooms were not soundproof at all so you could hear other guests and the noise from outside, which made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. the hotel had a warm and homely atmosphere, making our stay truly enjoyable.
