We were delighted with our stay at Cracowdays Aparthotel. From the moment we arrived, the communication and service were outstanding. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed, including incredibly comfortable beds. We enjoyed the small touches like welcome notes, chocolates, and a bottle of champagne. The communal kitchen and breakfast room were perfect for our group. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely return to Cracowdays Aparthotel on our next trip to Krakow. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Additionally, there is a small market just around the corner, which is great for grabbing any essentials. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always attentive and helpful. The rooms were not only comfortable, with very comfortable beds, but also had a wonderful personal touch with amazing photos of the owners' worldwide travels. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

During my Xmas experience, I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants, markets and tram stops within walking proximity. the room was well appointed with high-quality amenities and a delicious breakfast was served each morning. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

That the return of partying locals in the early hours of the weekend could be heard from the room. However, closing the window helped to reduce the noise.

The shower setup in the bathrooms could be improved, with water splashing everywhere and potential temperature changes.

Loved the charming atmosphere of the well-designed rooms and the personal service from the attentive staff. The free coffee, sweets, and juice were a delightful touch. The bugle call from the tower was a unique experience. Access to the fully equipped kitchen was convenient.

Who needs sleep anyway? The street was so quiet, it was almost as if I wasn't in a bustling city at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff, especially Gosha, who checked us in, were so friendly and kind. They provided us with all the information we needed and even gave us a hot drink and a slice of cake. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect for accessing everything in this city as it was within walking distance of the main square. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
