The staff on reception were extremely friendly and provided us with a warm welcome. Checking in and out was quick and efficient, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction in our room. Speaking of which, the room was excellent value for money and in a great location. It was just a short taxi ride away from all the places we wanted to visit. we were very impressed with the exceptional service and the pleasant experience we had at Ivory Grand Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is right next to the Mall of the Emirates, making it easy to shop and dine. it is near the airport terminal 2, which is convenient for travelers.

I recently stayed at the Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments for a few days during my trip to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Mall of Emirates and with a convenient metro connection. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The high-speed wifi was a plus, and the rooftop pool and gym were great amenities. The location was also convenient, with the mall just a short walk away. The availability of taxis outside the hotel made it easy to get around.

One downside was that there weren't many supermarkets nearby, so it was difficult to buy groceries if you wanted to save money. The furniture in the rooms was a bit outdated, and some of the TV channels weren't working.

The location was perfect, as it was near the Mall of the Emirates and other tourist places. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were always attentive and helpful.

The fully equipped suite, with a washer-dryer and fast wifi, made our stay comfortable and convenient. We also enjoyed unwinding at the swimming pool and sauna after a long day of exploring. a great choice for a romantic escape.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. We would have appreciated more sockets in the bedroom for recharging our devices and a choice of pillows would have been nice.
