ivory grand hotel offers spacious classic one-bedroom apartments with a fully stocked kitchen that makes longer stays a breeze. it's just a short walk to the mall of the emirates, and the breathtaking rooftop swimming pool is a must-see. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

the reception staff was unbelievably rude, making me wonder if i was in a luxury hotel or a cheap motel. breakfast was a total joke with pitiful servings—who eats plain bread for breakfast? ! nearly left a glowing review, but the terrible service and lack of basic amenities really soured the experience. i expected at least a smile, or maybe even a welcome gift!

the apartments could benefit from thorough cleaning, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms!!! worn furniture should be replaced for a better experience!!! broken toilet remained unfixed for an entire week!!! taxi availability needs to be improved!!!

The location was super handy, just 2 mins from Mall of the Emirates! But the breakfast options were pretty limited and the gym could use some more gear, mate.

The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the Mall of the Emirates with quiet surroundings. The spacious Classic One-Bedroom Apartment exceeded expectations with its clean design and well-equipped kitchen. Staff were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. However, the restaurant area could benefit from more space during busy breakfast hours.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, where I found the proximity to local restaurants very convenient. My room had a view that I enjoyed daily, and I appreciated the kitchen facilities which made my stay feel more personal. It felt like home. The staff was friendly and attentive, although the noise from outside sometimes interrupted the quiet moments I wanted.

We enjoyed spacious living in our Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment. The dining room featured stunning views of Dubai, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
