Traveling with my family, we had a delightful stay at Crystal Mountain Hotel. The modern rooms offered stunning mountain views, and the optimal planning ensured that every room had a good view. The hotel's sauna area and pool were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We also loved the fun room and the option to rent ski and bikes. The hotel's location was perfect, and we even discovered that it was almost empty on Sunday evenings, which made our stay even more peaceful and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great, with stunning views from the bedroom and a beautiful pool with saunas. Breakfast was varied and there were no queues for food, which was great. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a bowl and a bed for my dog.

My experience was ruined by several negative aspects. the elevators were slow and at times it was even impossible to use them.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of massages and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool and steam room were perfect for relaxation, and the sun terrace provided a wonderful view while we enjoyed the infinity pool. The restaurant had an extensive menu with special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had amazing cocktails. The private facilities in our room were exclusive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The entertainment was lacking, with no live entertainment and limited activities. However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience.

The location of the á la carte restaurant is not very convenient. During rush hours, it can be quite crowded and difficult to find a table. the service in the restaurant is not up to par. There have been instances where funny situations arise when placing an order. It would be beneficial for the hotel to designate a separate area for dog owners.

The kids club only operates during weekends and school holidays, which may be inconvenient for families.
