We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect, as it is near the city center and only a short walk or tram ride away. We loved that there was a tram stop just a few minutes' walk from here, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing fast communication both before and during our stay. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience staying at this hotel.

The complementary Christmas treats and drinks were a nice surprise during our stay. The hotel's location was very convenient, with public transport just a minute away and the city center within walking distance. We also enjoyed the modern and clean room with great amenities.

The hotel was a bit far from some of the main attractions in the city, which made traveling around a bit more difficult. we found that some of the hotel staff were not as friendly and accommodating as we would have liked.
