During our stay at Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa, we were greeted with exceptional service and a warm welcome. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the train station, and the staff immediately took care of our bags while offering us free drinks in the dining room. Our room, with its incredible view of the Japanese garden and private outdoor hot tub, was simply breathtaking. The meals served in the private dining room were like works of art and tasted amazing. The manager even took the time to provide us with a map and detailed directions for our day's activities. The hotel's unique atmosphere and impeccable service make it a must-try experience. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The breakfast served here was excellent and very filling. the location was great, just a short walk from the bus station. There was a lovely view of the city from the hotel balcony.

The service was not very good and the staff seemed indifferent. the room was quite small and cramped.
