Bathroom sliding door lacked privacy.

My stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the well-thought-out menu at the restaurant, focusing on modern twists of local cuisine. I found the location convenient for exploring major attractions easily. However, I experienced issues with the temperature control in my room, as I prefer a cooler environment to sleep. Still, the customer service was accommodating, which I valued. I am from Italy, and I enjoy the blend of local culture in my travels.

the bed was just okay, but the lack of a wardrobe made my stay uncomfortable. can you believe only one drawer? as someone who clearly deserves more, i expected a complimentary upgrade for the hassle i endured during check-in and those rude waitstaff at breakfast. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, ugh.

the bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was so comforting, knowing anyone could barge in. having to go outside for a smoke was just a delight too. honestly, I expected at least some complimentary chocolates or an upgrade after those delightful inconveniences but alas, dreams do not come true here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Nice hotel with modern decor and clean amenities.

Unfortunately, we struggled with the air conditioning in our room, making it very uncomfortable for sleeping. Despite reaching out to the front desk for help, the situation wasn’t resolved satisfactorily during our stay. Additionally, the lack of a functioning TV was disappointing, as we were looking forward to unwinding with some entertainment after a long day of exploring Warsaw.

The hotel serves as a good base for exploring Warsaw, boasting a friendly staff and spacious, well-decorated rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was quite loud, making it tougher to relax. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center, which is convenient. Would recommend for a short visit.

The beds were super comfy, and I absolutely loved the breakfast with tons of sweet and salty options. I also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and soaking up some sun on the terrace. It would’ve been nice to have more nearby pedestrian-friendly attractions, but overall, a solid choice for a getaway! 😊

the staff were exceptional. incredibly helpful during our stay. the gym had great amenities, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. the location made it easy to access various attractions.

Pleasant room, convenient location, with free wi-fi access and a lovely in-room kettle for hot beverages. It's just a short 600-meter walk from the nearest metro station for easy city exploration.

Great location and comfy beds!

I stayed for 4 nights and loved the location near public transport. Had a smooth check-in and the staff were super friendly. The bar downstair was a nice place to unwind, but the prices were a bit high. Only wished housekeeping was quicker with requests. The pillows were legit, I slept like a baby!
