As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the clean and spacious rooms at Golden Tulip. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including convenient adjustment of lighting and perfect beds. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location, about 15-20 minutes from Central Station, was convenient for exploring the city.

Spent Xmas in a hotel which offered complimentary wine and cookies, plus shuttle service to the shopping area. Near a train and tram station plus a walk away from attractions, it was easy to get around. the room was spacious and clean plus free wifi that worked well.

the heating system was ineffective - making the room chilly and my partner had to ask twice to get it fixed. Despite the friendly staff, we probably won't stay here again.
